We have a room full of poets! The poetry books are outstanding! Be sure to read your child's when it comes home.
May 9 is 'comfy' day - be sure to wear comfortable clothes. Also, the class earned another $1,000.00 and will be having a pizza party.
English - We will be reviewing adverbs and prepositions before our test scheduled for Friday, May 9.
Spelling - Lesson 29 test is on Friday, May 9.
Reading - We will be starting a book club on Holes. A vocab test is scheduled for Thursday, May 8.
Science - Hopefully everyone received their "Flight License" and can continue studying planes this week!
Social Studies - Our Chapter 11 test is on Tuesday. Then, we will begin chapter 12 and discuss the United States 50th birthday.
My Math Group - After relating fractions and decimals and looking at fractions greater than 1, we will be taking a checkpoint quiz on Wednesday, May 7. Then we will be practicing our problem solving skills. The Chapter test will is scheduled for Thursday, May 15.
