Every year at this time, I experience such a wide range of emotions. I would be lying if I said I wasn't looking forward to summer vacation :) yet, I am equally as sad. After spending nine months with such wonderful, talented, caring children, I have to say goodbye on June 2. I'm never ready, physically or emotionally, to do this. There's always so much more I wish I could learn about them and from them, as well as, so much I wish I could teach them if time allowed. I wish the best for these amazing young people I was lucky enough to spend my year with. Yes, I hope they all do well in school, but more importantly, I hope they grow into self-confident, strong adults who aren't afraid to do what is right. I will miss each of you and will think of you often. Good luck in all of your future endeavors!

Friday, May 28 - Bowling Field Trip in the morning - PLEASE BRING A SACK LUNCH!
Monday, May 31 - No School in observance of Memorial Day
Tuesday, June 1 - Summer Olympics/Picnic at 10:00
Wednesday, June 2 - Last Day Dismissal at 9:30 :(

Our last day of math is Thursday, May 27. We will be reviewing concepts we've covered throughout the year.
LANGUAGE ARTS
Students will be finishing their story element posters and giving book talks about the book they've chosen for trimester 3.
SOCIAL STUDIES
CHAPTER 12 TEST ON MONDAY!!!!!
